Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United Kingdom is 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Separate Parcels
If your order contains more than one item, the products may be shipped separately and arrive in different parcels or on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for separate parcels.
Order Updates and Tracking
We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be included in the dispatch confirmation. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@wrenfordhound.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@wrenfordhound.com with your order number. We will check the available shipping information and work with the carrier or supplier to investigate the delay.
