About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Wrenford Hound Co. website and to purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
Orders and Contract Formation
Products displayed on our website are invitations to place an order. After you submit an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we send you confirmation that the order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other reasonable circumstances. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Products, Prices and Payment
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Payment must be authorised at checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing or product information error, we may contact you to confirm or cancel the order and issue a refund where necessary.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Items in the same order may arrive separately. Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, tracking information and further details.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You may have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns, refunds, faulty items and applicable exceptions are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with its operation. Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding, text, graphics and design belong to Wrenford Hound Co. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses where products are purchased for personal use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
